Welcome. Here you can find a variety of ancient and historical antiques, artifacts, and relics from my personal collection, ones I kept and display in my home after a lifetime as a collector, researcher, scientist, and numismatic author. Many are unusual, artistic, tell a story, merit study, or are simply the finest I found, like the beautiful antique Vietnamese mother of pearl inlay from the 19th to early 20th century.

The oldest relic is 70 million years old and oldest antique roughly one million. My interests span beautiful and historical artwork to ancient and fascinating technology as well as forgeries and authentication guided by a background in chemistry and physics.

Most items originate in China and South East Asia where I am now retired and my task is finding new loving homes for them. It’s oft said we never own antiques, rather we are their temporary custodians.
